feet: Foot massage • Resist the urge to carry everything every day in a huge bag! Choose smaller bags with wide straps.
• A bag worn diagonally across the body is a good way to distribute the weight evenly.
• Bags with two straps are better for sharing the load, reducing the stress on your neck, shoulders and back.
• Vary which shoulder you carry your bag on so one side of your body is not always taking the weight.
• Don't walk around in high heels for too long; take a comfortable pair of shoes as well to give your feet a break.
