Chiropractor BSc B Chiro
As a child I was fortunate to experience the amazing benefits of chiropractic care from a young age, from increased performance on the sports field to better concentration in the classroom. My love of sport led me to Otago University where I studied Human Nutrition and Exercise and Sports Science. In 2004 I graduated with a BSc. During my time in Dunedin I worked as both a nutritionist and a highly regarded personal trainer at Les Mills. This gave me the opportunity to help people achieve their goals and live healthier lifestyles. It also inspired me to take this one step further and to fulfill my childhood dream of being a chiropractor.
Whilst studying and undertaking a chiropractic internship at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic in Auckland I gained a great amount of insight into the natural healing ability of the body and how chiropractic care can help facilitate this. A ten day chiropractic mission trip to India further opened my eyes to the amazing healing capacity of the body and the miracles that can occur when people are under chiropractic care.
I am thrilled to be a part of the inspired Tasman Bay Chiropractic team and look forward to serving the Richmond community. I love the outdoors and keeping active, participating in many different sports and have recently taken up yoga as well. Music has also played a big role in my life and I enjoy playing the piano and flute when time allows.
Let my passion, experience and knowledge help you and your family to get back to your best and lead a vibrant and healthy life!
