X-rays and Chiropractic We have full x-ray facilities on site at our Richmond practice. This enables us to offer you a thorough service and reduces the time taken to compile your details. New patients are asked to complete a detailed health history and x-rays will only be taken where necessary. X-ray images are often required to determine the condition of your spine and are an important factor in planning your chiropractic care. Chiropractors are licensed by the National Radiation Laboratory to take x-rays. Modern x-ray equipment minimises the exposure to radiation and the benefits far outweigh the risk of the low amount of radiation absorbed.
