- Born and raised in Ottawa, Canada
- Spent my youth playing competitive soccer, dance and athletics
- Completed an Honours Neuroscience degree from Queen’s University in Canada in 2016
- Worked as a Chiropractic Assistant in Ottawa where I fell in love with the philosophy of natural health and improved function
- Moved to Auckland New Zealand in 2018 to study at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic, completed degree in 2021
- Fell in love with the Nelson/Tasman region over the course of three years visiting my partner
- Thrilled to have relocated to my new home with my cats, and to integrate into the community through my passion for sports, hiking, sustainability, gardening and professional development
